Guarantee Details

• The guarantee is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase, not the delivery date
• The guarantee applies to all DentaBiome packages (1-bottle, 3-bottle and 6-bottle bundles)
• Refunds are honored even on empty bottles — we want you to give the formula a fair trial
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout
• The guarantee is available only on purchases made through authorized channels

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 60 days of your purchase date using one of the methods below:

What to Include in Your Request

Return Shipping

For accounting purposes, you may be asked to return any remaining product (used or empty bottles) to the following address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

What Is Not Covered

• Products purchased outside of authorized channels (e.g., Amazon, eBay or other third-party marketplaces)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
